No, I am not making an actual concrete tower. I'm leaving that to Sheikh Mo.

Skyscraper100: I didn't even know there was a thread for 3D models here. Nice! -- I'll post my stuff there.

Stunningly accurate work, Paul! Far better than mine but hey, you probably spent a good deal of time on your model as well. Great video by the way too. Keep up the excellent work!

Hi all.

Hi Paul.

Looking good Paul. The setbacks and level heights are on the money. Something to think about down at Base 0. You are starting base 0 at level 1 which is accurate on the Hotel entrance side. If you are going to make all 3 sides start at the same level you may want base 0 to start at the ground level so it has 3 levels. I realize it may be a pain and not really necessary to have the 3 entrances at their proper levels - one at the Concourse level, one at the Ground level, and one at level 1.

Hi Real.

Your stuff is some good work too man.

Hi whoami.

OK don't be holdin' out on us with the prints man. Close up of handrails ? How many other scrapers do you have info on ?
Inquiring minds want to know (and want more prints/drawings).

Those fountains look pretty good. What are the expected maintenance costs of those?
Looks like they'd devour almost half of the water the building needs itself.

hey Fury,

I'm not even looking at that section yet. That cladding is going to be a bear, and yah, noticed at least two different levels for the entrances. So there's three different levels!

There's all sorts of terrain work I could do too -- those big stairs on the side etc. I noticed that there were some major elevation changes there at the base. Who knows -- maybe I'll do parking etc. as well. This 3D building is not the worst hobby. I've made a lot of progress in a few days time. We'll see what happens over the next few months.

Make the fountain shoot as high as the building is tall!
