before you ask, some example :

prices are irrealistic , noone will buy from the Emaar now.

Zone 2B-20-2010 Apartment 1 Bedroom 986sqft 7,917,888 AED
Zone 2B-23-2304 Apartment 3 Bedrooms 2,333sqft 20,121,888 AED
Zone 3-66-6602 Apartment 2 Bedrooms 1,909sqft 18,961,888 AED
Zone 4-96-9602 Apartment 2 Bedrooms 2,036sqft 24,156,888 AED

this one is cool on the 106th floor

Zone 4-106-10601 Apartment 4 Bedrooms 4,279sqft 56,356,888 AED

maybe you can get some discount in this market situation.

just look everything is 888

Those numbers with "888" are prices?

If there are prices, i cannot tell if those are very expensive or not, without compare with Euro or Dollars

LOL That would be insane! But wasn't the fountain supposed to shoot as high as level 50? Anyone here know exactly how high it does actually go?

Hi kevin.

That is a reasonable breakdown of some of the elevators. I don't have the complete elevator list and I'm not sure if anyone here does - no one has posted it anyway. FYI - there is no 41, 74, 110, and 137 - they were skipped.

Hi Imre.

Are these apartments for sale from people that have backed out ? I thought all were sold out in some 8 hours - years ago. I hadn't really thought about it since hearing that. I am quite surprised that there are many still for sale. Any idea where one can go to get a complete list of what is sold and what is available ?

Also any idea if there is such a list for the office space ?

Hi all.

Well .....

Finally another shot of the mysteriously moved safety sign.

From anonymous - burjdubaiskyscraper - 09 07 08

As we can see there is 12,040 workers buzzing around this site - wow.

The main reason I like shots of this sign is the manhours worked. What a shame they are missing a digit. I posted a while ago on the manhours thing.

2 years ago on 07 07 21 we were at 23.3 million with 6000 workers.

Here is the last shot I have before this new one.

As we can see on 08 04 23 we were at 39.1 million with 7100 workers. That's a difference of 15.8 million in 9 months with ~ 7000 workers.

With a diifference of 15 months between 08 04 and 09 07 and with lets say 10,000 workers average we probably gained at least 35 million for a total of 74 million (and that is being conservative). Perhaps the digit missing should be a 7 or an 8 as the first digit on the sign.

Another question is where is the sign now ? It was at gate 4 for some time. Now it is on the side of a different building - I wonder if it at another gate ?

this is direct from the Emaar, they have a big list which is secret if you ask them they will tell you just a couple example.

selling everything in 8 hours just a blah blah, even they have some apartments in The Residences as well

56,356,888 AED is about $15,000,000 US dollars. I think that sounds very reasonable for a 4,000+ sq ft apartment on floor 106!
