- 2 hotel service (G, 1-39)(i don't know this elevator will or not serve to level 2 and 4?)
- 3 apartment (G, 1, 19-39)(i don't know this elevator will or not serve to ground level, level 2 and 4?)
- 3 residental shuttle (G, 43)
- 3 residental (43-72)
- 3 luxury residental shuttle (G, 76)
- 4 luxury residental (76-108)

- B/S 4 (138-160)
- parking (B2, B1, C, G)
but i don't know that another of 22 elevators in burj dubai and will serve which levels? thanks!
This looks like a very good attempt to list all the elevators in the BD. The "22 elevators" include those in the office annex (12 storey building) and the "pool annex" (4-5 storey building connected to the tower ).

One point - LX res would have 3 lifts, not 4, according to what I've seen.

The "22 elevators" also includes all the ones underground for the parking, and more service elevators for the hotel. Some parking elevators may rise a few levels above level 1 to provide access to hotel facilities - from some plans I have seen some time ago.

Levels 2 and 4 are for mechanical space, and they also represent the upper parts of levels 1 and 3 which have high ceilings in some public hotel spaces.
Some elevators will stop on levels 2 and 4, but not all of them.

Hope this helps.

If it is possible to get through some of the Developer's secrecy about this project, then more detailed information will become available.

Question on BMU's

The BMU's in the mechanical areas run on rails, and can go inside behind gates when not in active use - the BMU's in the upper part of the building in the spire - do they always sit outdoors, or can they go inside and do any work inside the spire structure or be protected from the high winds ?

If these needed any maintenance or repairs, how would they be accessed ?

Thanks

Clear glass at 21A the purpose ??

Has any more news come to light as to the purpose of the clear glass windows at Tier 21A ? Is it possibly a component part of the lighting system for the tower spire, or is there to be an observation facility of some kind up there ? The access door to the terrance would be one level lower-at Tier 21

It's another one of those secret items that raise so much speculation about what's going on.

.Thanks

Hi helghast.

The "official" site has said 800 meters for a couple of months now. It will probably never say 818 ... you know - 'cus it's secret ...

Hi Library.

I think the BMU's will stay outside. I know the top 6 on tiers 22 to 27 stay out as they are mounted on "poles" in the middle of the terraces. I don't see any openable panels right down to tier 12 for the larger units. Of course they could have revised things ...

I want some of those too. Your request seems a tad bit ..... much. Perhaps it is the starting line - i want to have ... Not trying to be a dick - just trying to make a subtle suggestion.

Thats NOT the Burj Dubai reflected in the National Bank building,

The Burj Dubai is on the other side of the dubai creek,

The reflected building is Al Reem Tower.

this one is cool on the 106th floor

Zone 4-106-10601 Apartment 4 Bedrooms 4,279sqft 56,356,888 AED

maybe you can get some discount in this market situation.

just look everything is 888

for a small one bedroom (92 sq. meters) it costs US$2,155,000!! is this bare-shell?

are they branded and managed by Armani or Ritz-Carlton? or are you on your own?
