Not to mention that hopefully Burj Dubai Lake won't look like a swimming pool anymore.

Here's a quick diagram I made comparing the floor space in the upper levels of the Burj with a relatively tall residential tower under construction in Atlanta, the Mansion. In the Mansion, each floor is a separate unit with plenty of floor space, so I'd imagine the Burj is actually pretty roomy up at that level.
