Burlington-Oakville Developments

I know Oakville is a small town in suburbia
but there is no info on any buildings going up

i know there are a few, and when you look at it, there is a little skyline in the town
so

does anybody have any info on "the courtyard" or "the shores" that are being constructed now? possilbly some renders?
ill try and post but some attention would be nice on this topic!

There are a few towers going up, but I haven't been paying attention to them.

This should make a good thread once it picks up.

I have no clue what the name of the condo is but it's right next to the marina. It's shaping up nicely. Any rendering of that one?

Yeah...and there are those two condos over in Oak Park that are more or less completed...there seems to be a lot of midrise construction over there.

That's great news! Oakville needs a few midrises more...

It's nice to see more intensive development coming up in North oakville, we have a pocket of density developing in Oak Park as well

it is a really nice building to say the least

those oak park towers have done (the 2 first to be constructed)
now there is one that is topped out and just needs the exterior and furnishing, and the second one is in the process of rising!
