RERA TOLD ME: Do not give them money direct! Pay only to escrow account.
You should all inform RERA if you have paid something direct to them already. RERA: When buying "off-the-plan" only pay into a RERA approved trust account. The cheque and receipt must read in the name of the project. If you pay your monies into the developer, agent, or any other account, the person or company you are dealing with is breaking the law. What is the status of construction at the Tamani Arts Offices BB site? I was told that soil testing & piling has been done - but by the looks of the picture, looks like the soil is just drying up in the desert sun!

TAMANI ARTS OFFICES: ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM METRO
In an email to its customers, KMP's latest construction update on Tamani Arts Offices (TMA) claims that it is ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM THE PLANNED METRO STATION in Business Bay. I do not have any info to confirm the veracity of this claim - does anyone have access to any kind of data to confirm this? Under normal circumstances, any developer would be shouting from the roof-top about its project's proximity to the Metro Station so that it would sell full-house. I don't recall any claims of this kind by KMP staff at the time of selling TMA. I wonder why they did not do so!
