it would be nice if it was the unknown emaar plot,
but unfortunately the shape of the waterside wall does not seem to fit with the one of the plot.

These prices seem artificially set by developers. They're more like what the developers would like to sell for than what properties are actually selling for. I mean, if its Pentominium someone might pay that, but if it's your standard so-called high quality residence that won't be available for another 4 years, who really is going to pay those prices?

looking at the shape of the render's shore line, could it be between the bridge and the Atlantic? There is a small space, but is this a plot?

Interesting, so this could be it. Of course this is pure speculation and not based on any insider info. Actually: when visiting MVT and looking down to this plot from the 18th floor, it looked like a very interesting space for a small tower.
