Does anyone think that Ottawa-Gatineau should have it's own province or territory similar to that of the District of Columbia in the US or The Australian Capital Territory in Australia?

You mean the line of cars which was the original point of my posting that link?

I have no idea what it's for. I was wondering is someone would know. I can't think of anything where people would line up their cars to a suburban office block like that.
