This is much better than that absolutely horrid original design, I'm eager to see more renders.

I like the new design, it is very slender. I am not sure if this is still a supertall though.

Since this has 57 stories it's definitely not a supertall. Moved it to highrises

who wants to live in a multi-million dollar cube? honestly, we're in the 21st century, it better be a sphere, prism, or at the very least a large spheroid plinth. with mood lighting

Great, the original design was kind of awful.
This one's better.

glad to see the project alive! But i hope for a redesign - can't stand towers where as it goes up it gets more cluttered

It looks great. I'd like to see more renders to get a better look at the crown.

The building that refuses to die...hasn't!

The Downtown Express reports: "Santiago Calatrava’s stacked townhouse cubes may not have come tumbling down after all. Despite reports earlier this year that Seaport developer Frank Sciame was looking to unload the 80 South St. property — and dump Calatrava’s acclaimed tower idea of staggered condo cubes — the situation is actually quite the opposite. 'It's very much alive and active,' Sciame told UnderCover this week."
