that would be a really unique building... that would change nyc skyline ... but the place i dont really think that is a nice place to live.. maybe if that building was a commercial one..
or if this building was constructed next to the central park... Lincoln square...
maybe that would help the buyers to come ....

both.. i do get some informations in here, i do read some others places and share my knows with others.. and i pass my time in here sometimes..

i've been to ny in february i that is my view of that area.. i liked those buildings.. and i guess to work in that area should be great, but i'm not sure about living... that is why i said that..

sorry if i'm wrong, or something like that.. but that is what i thought about it

Yeah it doesn't look too bad. Looks like it might be between 650-750 feet, IMO.

800-1000 feet. the neigboring building is like 650 feet so i reckon 800-1000

the new rendering of the design looks a little plain, I liked the original rendering with the cubic windows that were laid out like bricks

hmm, has anyone mentioned the architect of the new proposal? i think not (:

does anyone know?

too bad the calatrava version was cancelled... it would have been a milestone in contemporary architecture, not necessarily by its design (though that as well, of course) but more so by its unique concept... i hope after the bad times are gone some big businessman / developer proposes a new site for the project, or at least something similar in type (:
