yes, and the area arround times tower and the river place is getting very dense, lots of towers are UC there right now

Extremely fast!! Great for N.Y they needed it very hard! Skyline is growing more end more surtenly when the WTC site is done (couple of years).

how tall is the core now...i count ca 48 floors, but how tall is each floor ?

just curious, but when they have the entire space closed off as with the orange tarp... what are they doing? its obviously something interior... do they start drywall so early?
