Nice to be so much above the city!!!

Yet, the view of the "near neighbourhood" is somewhat un-beautiful... But in time that might change.

the roof deck from Chelsea Stratus is the best view in Manhattan! you can see the whole city, all the way to the statue of liberty!

Wow, those pictures are amazing!! You get a completely new view of Manhattan from these buildings.

You can see the smoldering remains of Lehman Brothers AND Bear Sterns!!

here's a few shots from my building's roof. it's about 15 blocks away from these twins. warning: i do not possess the camera, nor the skill of the photographer who posted pictures earlier on this page. however, my crappy shots might offer you a new perspective.

note: these were taken about a week and a half ago
