Star Giga unveils Dh700m 25-storey project in Ajman



Dubai: Real estate developer Star Giga, a joint venture between ETA Star and Mazyood Giga, has announced its latest Ajman residential project targeted at mid-income earners.

The twin-tower, 25-storey Goldcrest Dreams 3 will bring 600 freehold units into the market. Construction on the Dh700 million project, which is located in the Emirates City master development on Emirates Road, is scheduled to start early next year and be complete in three and half years. The project is the third installment in Star Giga's Goldcrest Dreams series of projects.

"By virtue of its freehold laws and geographical convenience, Ajman is becoming an ideal residential choice within the UAE," said Amir Pardesi, vice-chairman of Mazyood Giga International.

Units within Goldcrest Dreams 3 are priced at Dh500 per square foot, making a one-bedroom flat Dh525,000, a two-bedroom flat Dh625,000 and a three-bedroom unit Dh725,000.

Star Giga is offering a five-year interest free payment plan with a 10 per cent down-payment, installments starting from Dh2,999 a month (for a one-bedroom apartment) and certain bulk payments to meet the total apartment price. A sales exhibition for the project will be held at Dubai World Trade Centre from October 23-27.

Trend: Large apartments gain popularity

Apartments in Ajman with large accommodation are more popular in the market, according to a year-on-year analysis of the Ajman residential market by property services firm Asteco.

Since the second quarter of 2006, the average rental for one-bedroom apartments fell by three per cent, the company said. However, rentals for two- and three-bedroom apartments increased by 10 per cent and 15 per cent respectively, it added.

location is Questionable ...IF emirate road well be in future like SZR quility it's other issue ....THA porject is so huge to ajaman city let's wait for more of those projects.

I have just bought a one bed from 2Dubai.co.uk in this tower. Looks like a good investment at AED 560,000!!

TLG have requested further contact information for all interested parties.

I have created an excel template and will be collating the details for submission to Sunil Thacker of TLG.

- Option Preference (see below)

(Option I - Subject to TLG review and based on facts and circumstances related with your matter, TLG may agree to work on a No Win No Fee basis. In such event, TLG will recover percentage of amounts they recover and/or settle on your behalf.
