Fes and Meknes are so propagated If you can remark on the map if you really count the spreading area of meknes and also fes it’s way more bigger than kenitra marakesh tangier
And I mean yeah Industry is flourishing in The Meknes Fes region so in a particular purpose of facilitating the exchange with the other countries so I think that at least a highway relying the Monopole Fes Meknes to the Tangier Tetouan

Regarding Fes a HSL is planned on the long term tbut I don't think it will be built any time soon. The current double track line is quite recent and AFAIK it might undergo an upgrade (signaling,...).
Really? I had a horrible opinion of Tangier and found it dirty, poor and full of really aggressive and scammy touts. It definitely did not seem like a thriving city.

Marrakech seemed a lot more prosperous and bigger as well. Fez seemed poor, but definitely bigger than Tangier too. Rabat seemed massive, prosperous and laid-back. The most underrated city in Morocco imo.

Let's not go off topic but maybe you speak of Tangier back in the 80s or 90s. Tangier is receiving massive investments since 10 years now and has become the cleanest and well maintained large moroccan city. And to top it off it is an important industrial hub.

Populationwise Tangier is catching up Fes very fast. Nevertheless the difference to Rabat-Sale-Temara and Casablanca is still significant. It is interesting that Morocco as a comparably small country on a global scale hosts quite a large number of considereable big and even known cities. Just try to name 3 or 4 cities in Algeria (which is larger than Morocco) and many people would fail.

Nice pics of Kenitra new HSL train station.
It is just a matter of personal taste but I think that the wide arches are spoiling the facade of the elegant "triangled" façade...
