Casablanca Voyageurs TGV Station, 3rd prize, by Richez

By sofiane

La nouvelle gare TGV Casa-Voyageurs Casablanca

Concours ouvert avril 2012 - 3ème prix
Lieu : Casablanca / Maroc

The old part of the station will be preserve. I think that it's an historical monument.

How are the constuction works going? Still on schedule for opening in 2015?

Geographically Morocco is quite well suited for HSR. A single long line (Oujda-Fes-Meknes-Rabat-Casablanca-Marrakech-Agadir) plus one shorter one (Tangier-Kenitra-Casablanca) would cover the 10 largest cities in the country and probably majority of the population (in the future if not now) in almost a straight line.

TANGIER | TGV Maintenance Center (Tanger-Moghogha) | 2011-2014 | #Project

Tanger Atelier de maintenance TGV
Tanger, Maroc

2015

Sous-traitants : SYSTRA France, SYSTRA Maroc, SOTEC Ingénierie, MCCM, PRAT SA
Entreprise travaux : Keller, Tourelec & Maghreb net, Systherm, Somafel, Thales
Montant des travaux : 7.5 M€

TANGIER - KÉNITRA | High-Speed Rail (LGV) | 200 km | 320 km/h | #U-C (2010 - 2015)

By terracota from SSC Espana

From city suburbs to Tanger Moghogha station (TGV maintenance center)
