yup..pwedeng pwede! and i believe that ur studying in Manila din right? You can join my Manila based team. You can market all of the Robinsons Land condos in Metro Manila as well.

My group's office is at the 32nd floor of Robinsons Equitable Tower in Ortigas. If you like, while you're still in Cebu, we can meet up so you can sign the accreditation form. Then you can market the projects in Manila and Cebu. For assistance, you may visit our Manila office too.

Here's my contact num - 0916-734-5959. I hope we can meet before classes would resume. Tc

WORLDCLASS LANDSCAPE

AMISA in Cebu will also be one of the few leisure estates in the entire Philippines that would be landscaped by world renowed Filipino site planner and landscape architect Paulo Alcazaren.

Alcazaren brings with him over 25 years of experience in site planning and landscape architecture. He has designed over 200 projects that have taken him to 12 countries, including the Banyan Tree Group in Indonesia, the Song Be Golf Resort in Vietnam, the Hainan Mandarin in Hainan China, the Royal Mulu Resort Aviary in Sarawak, the Sutera Harbor project in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and the NTUC Resort in Sentosa, Singapore among others.

MASTER BLUE PRINT

The towers will be designed by one of the county's top architectural firms - ASYA Design Partners with its Principal Architect Albert S. Yu. The head behind the design of McKinley Park Residences, Woodsville Viverde Mansions, to name a few.

For the last three years, ASYA DESIGN PARTNER was awarded by BCI Asia as one of the Top Ten Architectural Firms in the Philippines in 2005, 2006, and 2007. ASYA Design Partner rises to meet more challenges, setting new trends in the real estate market by taking a fresh approach on all aspects of architectural design. The company’s sophistication in building technology applications and commitment to design quality has resulted in a portfolio that features some of the most notable clientele in the country and abroad. With projects in Shanghai and mostly in the Philippines, ASYA has completed more than 300 buildings, a proof of our design excellence and service.

Guys.... just wanna let you know that the November 17 grand launching date and the venue are still tentative and nothing is yet official until we hear an official announcement from the manila group spearheading this new leisure development in mactan.

regarding the renderings of amisa, they are still refining some of its layouts prior to their grand launching this coming november. they wanna make sure that this project will tremendously create a huge impact on cebu's tourism and retirement destination image. expect that during the launching, cebu will then be at the forefront of providing more high-end and upscale leisure development. robinsons land has more surprise projects to come for cebu. so stay tuned and watch cebu grow. be excited when more projects from robinsons land will rise in the heart of the philippines.

amisa's design shows wave patterns to mimic the waves on the beach. the condos exteriors will make use of concrete cement and glass materials. floor-to-ceiling height is about 2.6 meters beyond the standard FTC height of 2.3 meters.

now... the amisa's beauties (referring to the towers) will complement hilton's structural flamingo beauties.

punta engano will be like beverly hills in years to come.... and hopefully the roads at punta engano will be patterned after sunset blvd. with tall palm trees lined along the boulevard with roller skates and bicycle lanes along the side of the main thoroughfare. now this is what i call a tropical vacation home. i love cebu! yooohooo!

THE COAST

It's beachfront would be developed similar to the Australian Gold Coast that would be spearheaded by Eng. Uldarico Trawon of Petra Konsult & Associate, Inc. This is our department's (Robinsons Land - HRBD or High Rise Buildings Division) first of its kind project to date.

Be part of our team as we promote Cebu as the leading leisure and tourism hub in the country. Be part of Robinson's HRBD - High Rise Building Division, the group behind AMISA and the other upcoming condo projects in Cebu!

Im really excited for Mactan Island. The entry of these new projects would definitely change the island's skyline - Robinsons Land HRBD, Megaworld, Eton, Filinvest, Sta Lucia, Imperial Palace, plus the existing international resorts - Shangrila, Plantation Bay, and Hilton. Not to mention the high end horizontal developments and exclusive communities of Robinsons Homes (another division of Robinsons Land), Sta Lucia, Commonwealth, to name a few!

based from the presentation conducted last oct. 26 and 27, robinsons land ranks 1st... ahead of ayala land in real estate development.... which shows that robinsons land has taken the lead in gaining the trust of filipinos and real estate investors.....in their projects.

please note that robinsons land has a track record of finishing their projects ahead of time....which more than satisfies its customers and clienteles.

i on the other hand am for a unified Cebu mega-city...and should Mactan be made into a new province, that would leave Cebu Province without an airport--unless that would compel the province to work on a new airport somewhere in the north (with an added bonus of a highway connecting it to the city)

well explained bro...Anyway just to add up, Robinsons Land's profit rose in the first half of this year, and I aint referring to one division alone but most of its division... from our division - HRBD (High Rise Building Division), malls and commercial centers, the Housing and Land Development Division, and the hotel division.

High Rise Buildings Division registered a 60-percent growth in revenues from P1.44 billion to P2.3 billion while RLC’s Housing and Land Development Division, through two housing subsidiaries Robinsons Homes Inc. and Trion Homes Development Corp., registered revenues of P388 million or five percent higher than the year ago’s P369 million as more units were sold and ongoing projects completed.
