Can't wait to attend the grand launching on November 17 and visit this finest project in Cebu..

Robinsons Land Corporation expands its robust property portfolio across the country as it disclosed plans to develop the first master-planned condo-resort community in Mactan, Cebu.

The country’s second largest diversified real estate company recently acquired a prime 5-hectare property with a 170-meter beachfront in Punta Engaño district in Mactan, Cebu. It shall be designed to be the first leisure community development of Robinsons Land.

The development of Cebu’s business parks also serves as a testament to the business-friendly environment of Cebu.

And as what bevepi disclosed, the grand launching this November 17 is confirmed. This was disclosed first to the inhouse sales group based in Metro Manila. I believe the Cebu based marketing groups are still unaware of the developments as our department - Robinsons HRBD, is still setting up an office here in Cebu. Please take note that the current Robinsons Homes in Cebu is a separate department but some agents may also market the project of Robinsons HRBD, which in this case is AMISA.

The social development complex which is squeezed between the bellarmine field and the "corn" field. It houses the social arm of the jesuits in the country and other NGOS.
