With ShangriLa, Hilton, Coral Point, Discovery Bay and Amiza developments in Punta Engano I wonder what's next. It's making me want to have a piece of the pie. The real estate is looking bright in that area and the rest of East Mactan. Are there still any private parties selling beach side properties in that area in a smaller scale, just enough for a single family beach property???

There's Eton Mactan by Lucio Tan and another multibillion project of Megaworld (the company behind Eastwood City Libis). Eton Mactan will develop another leisure estate development while Megaworld will construct a mixed use developemt (IT Center/leisure/resort).

It is not part of 32.45. 11.55 sqm is the size of the balcony and the size of the unit minus the balcony is 32.45. this is just a sample size though.

I was just thinking, why can't there be a trust fund that LLC will establish from taxes accrued from the multi-national resorts in the island in order to serve as a fund for social-development projects such as subsidized medical services and benefits for senior citizens, that way we can say that these resorts and hotels help the city not just in taxes and jobs.

thanks bevepi...will u be here this November 17? I hope to meet ya by then....Anyway, our project in Robinson is a stonethrow away from the project of Sta Lucia Realty - Discovery Bay. But Im confident that ours is grander based on the plans that Ive seen both in Robinson and Sta Lucia. My mom, by the way, is a Sta Lucia Area Sales Director jan sa Manila.

Also, Im proud to say na yung project natin ang first of its kind in Visayas and Mindanao to have condominium buildings design with "Green Building" practices!

Sorry po, i dont have any info bout that. Nasa ibang division kc kami. Robinsons Mall ang may info po nyan. We're with Robinsons HRBD (High Rise Building Division).

Ang alam ko lang po is that may itatayo na 31,000 square meter Robinsons Mall sa Tacloban within 2008 - 2012. I think there are no specifics given yet

You are absolutely right..This is RLC's 1st ventures sa leisure, We will be expecting more of like this project pag naging successful.

Yup.....she's one of the Area Sales Director ng Sta Lucia...however, not with Orchard Properties but with Royale Homes Marketing. She was first offered for this AM post by one of the SM's ng HRBD - si Mr Nick, still with SG8 (who happened to be from Royale Homes before). Pero my mom declined. That's why she referred me to the SG8 group instead to take the offer. She is busy with her group kc jan sa Luzon and the ASD post is higher than the AM of Robinsons. but she promised Ms Enri to assist me along the way.
