Just between 10 to 15 units...the average price is 3M per unit. But it speaks well of the purchasing power of the Cebuanos to think that it was just the first night which it was formally announced to the public.

Gold Coast architecture-inspired, AmiSa is a mixed-use hotel and residential development with two 18-storey, two 14-storey, and two 8-storey residential towers. Each unit has its own balconies and full window to see that gold-sparkling view of the sea, garden and amenities and Magellan Bay and northern towns of Cebu.

This is a leisure community that Cebuanos can be truly proud of.

JG Summit Companies Robinsons Savings Bank and Robinsons Land Corporation Ink Partnership for Straightforward, Easy Financing Scheme

True to its thrust of making lives better for the Filipino, JG Summit Holdings Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiaries Robinsons Savings Bank and Robinsons Land Corporation recently embarked in a financing tie-up intended for Robinsons Land’s newest project, AmiSa.

The new financing scheme, Super Easy Home Straight Payment, features a single monthly installment amount from down payment period with Robinsons Land Corporation until the end of the loan term with Robinsons Savings Bank. Buyers also enjoy 0% interest during the down payment stage. This means that buyers get the ease of paying exactly the same monthly installment from down payment build-up straight up to a 15-year maximum loan term.

This way, qualified buyers don’t go through the hassle of looking for bank financing after full down payment. Much like how auto financing works, the buyers’ loans are pre-cleared with banks first, and only the down payment is paid in installment at 0% interest. More importantly, there is no more lump sum payment at the end of the term.

AmiSa buyers, then, get to savor the permanent vacation promised by the project, as they will always have the peace of mind of knowing a more predictable cash flow.

In a statement, Ishmael de Leon, Consumer Finance Head of the bank said, “This tie-up with Robinsons Land is just the beginning, we’re barely scratching the surface given our potential synergy with our sister company.” Robinsons Land Corporation’s Joaqui Ng, AVP for Mortgage and Buyer Financing, also mentioned that, “this financing scheme is the first in the market today. We will continue to work closely with Robinsons Savings Bank in coming up with more innovative financing products tailor-fit to the needs of our customers. As Mr. De Leon said, this is just the beginning.”

For inquiries on Robinsons Savings Bank’s financing scheme or more information on AmiSa, you may contact +639228752837 or email vaticsglobalproperties@gmail.com.

yup... i've heard that no developer can beat this innovative financing scheme of Robinsons Land Corporation the reason why no developer will hold a roadshow together with RLC because they get beaten with such attractive financing schemes catering to the OFW market.

sayang naman kasi TJ and i were expecting you were with the manila group. hope to meet you when u visit cebu.

AmiSa

Dive In

Engage in various water sports and sail away to nearby islands. Familiarize yourself with our underwater friends or just do some laps around the refreshing infinity pools.

Run Wild

Sprint across AmiSa's biking and jogging trails. Get some hard-court action or kick up some sand in a game of beach volleyball and Frisbee. If you can't stand the sun in your face, you can opt for a run on the treadmill at the indoor gym and fitness center.

Chow Down

Feast on the fresh catch of the day cooked in different ways at the various restaurants and bars. Or you can opt to cook your own feast and dine al fresco at the picnic area.

Chill Out

Laze around at the viewing decks and take in the spectacular scenery of the sea and Cebu Island. Spoil yourself even more with a soothing massage at the luxurious spa.

Perk Up

Keep yourself, your family and friends entertained at the mini theater, KTV Room, playground and game room. Or bet on your lucky number at the casino.

At AmiSa, everyday is a holiday.

This is the place where AmiSa leisure community got its inspiration:
GOLD COAST AUSTRALIA, one of the world's most beautiful places.
Now you can own Gold Coast's beauty at AmiSa in Mactan Cebu.

That's not the exact beach...that's just for presentation purposes. But surely, the shoreline would be redevelop. The company that would handle the development is the same company behind Punta Fuego's shoreline - Petra Konsult & Associate, Inc.
