Looks nice, but i wouldn't exactly call it a skyline reshaper, just more infill.

Image 04 has a second tower on the site where the Yuen Lui studio currently sits. There's no mention of this in the description so I'm thinking this is probably phase II once they finally acquire that site.

btw, we should change this thread title to "Bellevue: 10833 NE 8th" or something like that.
Changed the thread title. And thanks for the link!

Yeah, no links for me either. Just a rotating picture (or portion of a picture).

Try viewing it using IE. It didn't show up for me using Firefox.

Yeah me too. Can someone describe what the building looks like? Maybe sketch something on MS Paint?

Since it's Friday and I'm completely slacking at work, I figured I'll be nice and take screenshots of the pics for the unfortunate few who can't view the website. I skipped the landscape pics because I'm too lazy.

Looking NE. Notice the shorter building on the corner which will likely be phase II.

View from the park. I love how it'll tower over the other buildings.

Looking West along NE 8th

From the lake. it's going to be slightly taller than One Lincoln Tower and the Bellevue Towers because of it's location at the highest point in downtown

Looking at it again, I'm thinking that shorter tower might actually be residential considering how skinny it is. Beacon has already added a residential tower to an office project in Seattle with 5th & Madison sharing the same block with the Bank of California tower.

Yes, looks like there are balconies along the side.

I'm happy to see what appears to be water features in this (these) project(s). If I'm not mistaken, Bellevue has none other than the manmade Lake Bellevue (ick).

Thank you Bellevue Boy. I wasted far too much valuable at-home goofing off time myself trying to get that site to flash. Your ace slacking should be rewarded.

I don't know..It's FINE..nothing to get excited about, unfortunately. Really it's just another BOX with a glassy facade. I'm always hoping for a curve, or a setback, or a post modern 'jiggle', or a twist, or a crown, or SOMETHING out of the ordinary. Yawwn...

I kinda feel the same about it. Its nice to fill a parking lot and the glass is nice but there is much better designs out there that we just don't get here in the northwest. They are so Simple here.

I now know what this tower looks like. There are dozens of these popping up everywhere with its glass curtain. The Bank of America Super Block Tower in Charlotte North Carolina.
