I want this building's penthouse, a triplex on the 58th, 59th, and 60th floors.

The 3 floors add up to over 7,500 sq. ft. There's a terrace on the first penthouse level, 360 degree views, etc...

Anybody have $45 million they can give me?

Actually it looks completely crazy to me - the footprint as i looked at it today again - is so very small that it seems some little brownstone was torn down to have place for this building. Simply amazing.

Did anyone ever buy the penthouse?

I remember they wanted $45 million for it. It's the top 3 floors, 7,500 sq. ft.

its classical neighbors and slim proportions make it a very interesting composition. In the heart of midtown it would be overlooked but where it's at- stands out.

I don't like the top portion of this otherwise wonderful tower. The absence of a glass square on the top portion makes the squares look cramped and uncomfortable. They should space them evenly all the way toward the top.

It must be uncomfortable living in a building like that. In a building that tall and that thin there is probably going to be some movement in the higher floors.
