im always surprised how much faster skinny skyscrapers go up, how much more is left to go up?

Love it!

Could be even skinnier for my taste. The... 'cubes' we'll call them remind me of the late Calatrava project for 80th South Street. Not AS great but great though.

By the way: where in NY is that spot exactly?
