Siguro kulang nalang sa city ang Sports Stadium na may Oval. Kasi meron na lahat major infrastructure dev'ts CDO except yun.

Don't worry. I think building a modern sports-complex has been also part of the plan of Ayala. My father said this to me.
Sa 360 hectare lot owned by Ayala within CDO, I think mangyari talaga yun in the near future.

Let's just be patient for it.

I think even Landco will put a mall nearby the new bridge site, Ayala will still pursue in building its mall. Matigas talaga ang Ayala, and they are so aggressive in implementing its projects now because 1st pa nila sa Mindanao to pour multi-billion investments, lalo na dito sa CDO, whose population is the fastest among non-metro highly-urbanized cities and most of all whose peace and order is still stable despite the spreading rumors of violence in Mindanao. Sa laki ng lupain nila, sayang naman kung hindi nila lagyan ng mall dahil lang sa Landco?
Well building also a sports-complex has been already part of Ayala's plan here in our city.

Animo cdo! fight ADCU crusaders!

Its good to know that cdo is a recipient of huge investments! Let the skyscrapers rise through cdo's skyline! I am amazed with LKK's proposal. SM must also act now and invite fellow investors to discover vast potentials uptown...!!!

Ladco Mall? is that from davao?Where is the proposed site of this Mall? How about the Ayala?Will it rival SM on the opposite mountain?hehhe

Sorry i need to ask i am working elsewhere outside cdo, but i am a full blooded Cagay-anon! Ibalik ang Ateneo de Cagayan! do you have updates on this?

There's no way SM could expand in the uptown. Their 5-hectar lot in Pueblo de Oro buisness park is fully occupied. Except for north open parking though.

Yeah, Landco is based in Davao. The plan has been Ironed long long ago but the implementation stilll hangs. Anyway, should all end well, this Landco Mall shall rise far back of the cathedral. Right beside the u/c Carmen-Nazareth bridge. Currently, Ayala is developing a High end residential. But part of the master plan is a retail establishment. As to when? only time can tell. Welcome here at SSC. Hope to exchange thoughts with you in the coming days @emeritus.

Hey FX, how nice if Landco was based in Davao- Davao would be so proud to host them if they did but this real estate company only has many projects in Davao and so it looked like the city is their home base. FYI, Landco is based in Parañaque City.

Lol! palagi ako dyan! walang bowling lanes tho... sana iinhouse nila yung table tennis para hindi masyadong mahangin!..

feeling ko kulangnatin eh yung olympic size swimming pool! wala pa tayo nun!

@Sera Yes we do need an oval! sana yung rubberized kagaya nung isang city na nakalimotan ko na :P

Indeed they have an extension office for Mindanao in Landco Corporate Centre....

Isa ra ang tinood nga kulang sa Cagayan de Oro ba. Freedom is what C.D.O. City lacks. Freedom from political manila... freedom from Luzon and all of its Politician. Manila businessmen should stay away from CDO City. SM and Ayala was a political mistake on the part of the LGU. This is true to all investors coming from luzon. Kung ako lang pangutan-on ha... palag lang kai ato debatihan. If only the CDO City forefathers where alive today they would'nt allow Luzon's emperialism.
