Today after dinner, i had a little snooze in tv room. I woke, opened one eye, looked at tv, saw 2008 football em logo and asked myself: "what is David Kunz from Vienna doing in my tv?".

Don't you think, i spend too much time on SSC? Is that an addiction? Do i need to visit psychiatrist?

Naah...
It's just a good logo.

But, in fact, you do have to be afraid of me. I'm everywhere. Especially in Poland, now that the ducks are gone.

Eat swans? What do you mean? I haven't eaten any swan in my whole life.
But last month we banished one duck from the goverment...

Edit: I probably know, what you are talking about with these swans... Polish homeless in England have eaten a swan... Am i right?

There was also a report about some gypsies (of Romanian nationality) in Vienna catching and later eating some swans.

My two questons:

-In Germany what is the sign that means "There is no speed limit"?

-Which US states allow right turn on a red light?

I think the german sign is the same as the one which cancels all signs...the empty white circle crossed with a black line.
EDIT:its this:

What sign are you talking about, Chris?
I've seen blue squares with 110 or 120 or 130 (i don't remember digits, they are different on different parts of the road) on A9 close to Hof (Bayern) and between Leipzig and Berliner Ring.

Of course this can happen only on Autobahns, so the autobahn sign itself means there's no speed limit any more, unless they indicate it shortly after that. If you're already on a motorway and there was a speed limit (e.g. 120 km/h), there can be two signs that can mean no speed limit any more: one is the one already posted (if there was also some other restriction) or the same-looking sign, but with number 120 inside.

I have never seem them (except for the border signs) where I usually drive (around Köln-Frankfurt-Koblenz-Trier). Sometimes there are signs with white numbers in blue circles, what means, that this is the minimum speed you have to have (for example when driving uphill, the left lane can have a minimum speed of 90 km/h. I was told that there also these signs with 3 digit numbers somewhere, but I have never seen these til now.)

All US states and Canadian provinces allow right turns on red (RTOR), with some exceptions. In the US, in New York City you cannot perform RTOR unless a sign tells you that you can, even though on Long Island you can unless a sign tells you not to (and there are many such signs, at least from what I've seen in my short presence there). In Canada, you cannot perform RTOR on Montreal Island (so basically the City of Montreal), but you can now do that everywhere else in Quebec, unless a sign tells otherwise, of course.

In California, if there is a dedicated right turn signal which shows a red right arrow, you may not turn right.

Of course, in all cases, you may not turn right on a red if a sign tells you that you cannot. Where I live (Ontario, Canada) such signs are rare, but I don't know about elsewhere in the US and Canada (in Long Island, NY, these signs were quite common when I was there, possibly because in NYC this maneuver is illegal).

One interesting thing is left turn on red (LTOR). Such a maneuver is allowed in the US and Canada if you are turning from a one-way street onto a one-way street.

In all cases, you must first come to a complete stop (so like a stop sign, in a way), although in practice many motorists don't actually come to a complete stop.

Here is an example of a "right turn on red prohibited" sign in downtown Toronto (you can spot it under the street name sign):
