I wish Wegmans would start selling alcoholic products (other than beer). Is that a New York State law? or does Wegmans voluntarily not selling alcohol (other than beer)? It was nice, when I lived in the OC, I could go down to Ralphs, Vons, or Albertsons and buy any alcohol beverage i wanted.

a part of me wants to say Jamestown because of the church, hills, and the housing style...but since you're from the Pittsburgh area it is likely a surrounding township...I'll guess Butler.

Looks like one of the towns along Route 20A. I'm thinking Warsaw for some reason.

Here are pictures from the Eagles game against the Bills, if anyone is interested. I attended 4 Eagles games this year; 3 at home and 1 on the road. The Eagles were 4-0 in games that I attended. Next year, all 8 road games look like they are doable, so I will be going on at least one road trip next season.
Kickoff ![]() On Brian Westbrook's first carry, he breaks the Eagles' all-time single season record for yards from scrimmage, passing Wilbert Montgomery. ![]() The team celebrates Westbrook's accomplishment. ![]() Westbrook is acknowledged by the organization. ![]() Brent Celek scores! ![]() David Akers became the Eagles' all time scorer on the road. After the extra point, the organization acknowledged his feat. ![]() Brian Westbrook breaks the Eagles' single season record for catches in a season, passing Irving Fryar. ![]() Second quarter action. ![]() ![]() The crowd rises as McNabb throws for the end zone. ![]() The Bills convert on 4th & 1. ![]() Kevin Curtis recovers the fumble for a touchdown! ![]() The Bills go for it on 4th & Inches. ![]() The Bills get stuffed, turnover on downs! ![]() The Eagles win!

This reminded me of a post of mine recently...talking about how all the McDonalds in WNY (and nationwide) are being demolished and replaced with "coffeehouse-like" replacements to compete with Starbucks.

I got some pizza tonight from this place a co-worker said was quite good. As I walked up to it, it looked like it was straight out of Buffalo. I went in and was instantly transported to Cheektowaga. It was as if a teleportation device was placed in the front door.
http://www.digitpress.com/archives/p...davenports.htm Quite good Buffalo style pizza... and yes, the owners are from the BUF. |

I know this is about 10 pages too late haha, but I was driving down Transit earlier and it dawned on me...when we were talking about what to do with Transit Road, I believe it was homestar that proposed installing a median and then having vehicles make U-turns at the intersections instead of keeping the two-way left-turn lane...I can't believe I didn't think of this before, we can't do that because we'd have to widen Transit Road...you can't have vehicles doing U-Turns unless it is atleast 3 lanes wide in each direction (currently 2 in each direction plus center turn-lane) because vehicles physically couldn't make the U-Turn.
I know its kinda random, but I couldn't move on with my life until I posted it here. haha. |

Why not widen Transit Road and include a nice landscaped median with lighting?
