Yeah he was talking about the liquor For some reason I think they have made an ad with that, but I was searching on Google to see if I could find it and I didn't.

I like the design of this building it's a box with a lil twist. I'm sure people realize the city by that a mean Manhattan is running out of room. But alot of people don't realize theirs much more city to build on. Now must people don't want to see skyscrapers in Brooklyn Queens or the Bronx for that matter. But I say all the land that outlines Manhattan should be covered in Supertall buildings. From yankee stadium to the Brooklyn bridge. I mean it that or start knocking down some of the smaller older buildings. But they've been doing that for about 200 years.

This building is gonna look amazing when its finished or at least well above the 20th floor construction it will stand freely by itself with all the lowrise buildings surrounding it.

I passed by today. They were doing some blasting. I could have gotten better pics because the gates were open, but there were construction workers all over the place so I didn't take any better pics...

Also right across the street, the Extell site. The previous building has been demolished for the most part. There's still a part of the first floor left up but I couldn't get a good pic of it.

That isn't work for the building. Ebola you should know better. Look at that second to last pic that were posted, notice the MTA sign? They are digging for the 7 line extention.

Also notice the union sign. Union 17: Tunnel Workers.

Wrong, the location is wright!

look on those pics:

You will see a brown building at the foreground en just behind a little white tapering craper to the rooftop!

You will see the exactly this buildings in the same position against the GIRASOL. The Girasol is exact on the left of this buildings!
