Sorry but I don't see what the excitement is about. To me this looks like a very dull tower that isn't exceptional for anything except its sheer size. It would look better in Chicago or Houston.

It is comments like that that make me wonder sometimes. What makes it look better in Chicago or Houston and if it were I bet you would go "OMG THIS IS A GREAT DESIGN"!!!

This is for real. Site Prep or U/C needs to be added to the title. This baby is just the start. We'll see many more new supertalls in NY.

I agree with wajz. This project design is not amazing at all. We've seen this countless times already, even someone else said it looked like a wtc tower. We deserve better. Of course this doesn't mean I'm against the project...

ALL HAIL THE BLUE BOX!

This will be the biggest skyscraper boom in NYC's history. You should get used to supertalls coming out of no where without any rumors. Think Dubai style.

The NIMBYs didn't even have enough time to yell out, "No!"

Wow, already site prep and hardly anyone knows of it's existance. The design is okay, what I like more is that this building won't have a silly spire on top .
