Future render of downtown (south of College Street) featuring Shangri-la.

For those unfamiliar with the city, University Avenue jogs east which is why Shang appears to sit in the middle of the street (centre of render).

And Audi A4 starts at $42000 while a Chevy Malibu starts at $23000.

why's one so much more expansive than the other? cuz they're both the same size....

^ exactly...You are paying for the location, amenities and materials used in the place...

I was just at city place the other day and was looking at a 460 sq.f 1 bedroom apartment for 340,000 !
460 sq.f thats tiny!!!
