Future render of downtown (south of College Street) featuring Shangri-la.
For those unfamiliar with the city, University Avenue jogs east which is why Shang appears to sit in the middle of the street (centre of render).

$800,000 for an apartment in Toronto. Pretty damn cheap.

I truly hope you don't think that $800,000 is going to get you anything remotely big...those are tiny one bedroom apartments which isn't exactly "cheap" for a beautifully designed hole in the wall

that is so fucked up...i will likely one day own a 1300-sqft condo at yonge and college, and it is valued at $350,000 or so right now. why are these new towers so pricey and tiny? give me a slightly older condominium any day.

why's one so much more expansive than the other? cuz they're both the same size....

^ exactly...You are paying for the location, amenities and materials used in the place...I was just at city place the other day and was looking at a 460 sq.f 1 bedroom apartment for 340,000 ! 460 sq.f thats tiny!!! |
