This building has the worst name since Freedom Tower. The design is nice though!

Shangri-La is the name of the hotel company, it's based in Hong Kong.

Shangri-La is a hotel chain ... in the higher-end segment of the industry. This will be a good addition; Toronto lacks high-end hotels.

crappy quality is because main camera was out of batteries, so i had to resort to my phone camera     all pictures by me, today

Impressive developments are under construction around the city and, while many units have sold, many lavish suites and penthouses are still available. Floors 18 through 49 house 287 one- and two-bedroom residences, and floors 50 through 66 are reserved for 73 private estates. The project is 74% sold, with mostly private estates remaining. Awesome pic. University Avenue really is our grandest street. This will come as colse as possible to a proper bookend due to the street jogging over to the east. The Cresa Partners site would have been better from a symmetry point of view, but this will do.
