Mangart is a beauty
Is it complet under concrete now or is there still a part with gravel like it was 2003 as i was there?

I have never been on Mangart before, but according to the video clips i would say that is almost complete under concrete now, i saw just one short gravel part of the road on video above

Gravel part was because of landslide, it is all asphalt now

That's the highest Slovenian road border crossing. It's an interesting road, especially on the Austrian side.

Ljubelj is higher
Pavlicevo Sedlo wasnt realy a border crossing cause before schengen only people from slovenija and austria could cross this border.it was a so called local border-crossing

But also citizens of EU, EEA and Switzerland could've crossed it. Some websites say it was an international border crossing. First it was a local crossing and for pedestrians only. In 1997 it became an interstate crossing (for citizens of SLO, A, EU, EEA, CH). In 2000 it opened for cars (and perhaps became an international crossing, I don't know) and in 2001 the road was paved.

L´Alpe d´Huez - Villard/Reculaz - Allemont
This Road has no "Name" but it is a great alternative for those who are in Alpe d Huez and want to continue to the Glandon/Criox-de-Fer combination and doesn´t want to drive the whole road back to the N91 and Bourg-d-Oisans.
