Fine to see that Times Square Plaza finally is starting to rise... after about 4 years of delay.

Although the tower will look fancier than most of the NY buildings with its huge advertisement boards and the nutent facade, I wouldn't call it "Dubaish", cause that design is older than most of the projects in Dubai and it fits well to that vivid location with the Westin and Hilton nearby, I think.

I think I've recently seen a crane on the site, but I may be wrong.

The 'outslant' will make a great profile looking down 42nd street from Times Square...as this is a full block away from times Square itself -- at 42nd and 8th, actually. Balances out the Westin beautifully IMO. Back in 2003 some really knocked the Westin for being too wild for a New York design.

Cool to see the crane here, will be great when this 'death part' of 42nd comes alive!

Im gonna try to go to the top of the parking garage on the Port Authority last time I had a view from above of this building was when it was patches of grass it was kind of cool to see in the middle of midtown was an empty patch of grass covered by a wall.

Also notice all the wooden forms that they've put up on the floor of the site. Don't know what they're for, though.

Hey folks, I have not been paying attention to 11 T.S.P., but have noticed allot of activity lately.

I suppose I gave up on photo posting since making that YouTube video update for NYC development some time ago.

Always good the see the regulars here!

Keep up the good work - I will be checkin' in from time to time.
