I just noticed 11TS a few days ago as I was walking by and I noticed that the new New York Times bldg was right next to it. Will 11TS have windows facing the NYT bldg? It would suck for the NYT workers to be staring at their neighbors so close.

*Edit: Nevermind, upon closer examination, both lots are separated by W41st St. But hypothetically, if a new bldg was to be built right next to an existing one, would the existing bldg's tenants be screwed over b/c they would hv no view?

The same can be said about the Conde Nast tower with the newly built Bank of America Tower.

This is progress in a city that is always under construction.

Is it gold or silver LEED certified? The posters on the street advertise it as gold but their official website says silver...

If you go by the photos from before, it looks like the rate is about 1 floor / week. That means they should reach the top in 33 weeks or November.
