Appropriate for Times Square I'd say, but I generally don't like the skinny at the bottom to thicker at the top style.

I like how there is going to be billboard/advertisements on the building. It will add to the look of Times Square

times square has the only zoning requirements in the world that require lights to be on the outside of the building, like advertisements and such

It probably has about 100ft/34 meters to the top of the core or so.

It really did shoot up rather fast after the bottom few levels were done.
