Oh good then, I checked this in some older road map so maybe these roads are new or they just simply didn't mark them on it.

Last week my instructor on theory lesson told us that there are no more III. class roads in Slovakia.

That's nonsense. There is 10,408 km of 3rd class roads. This category still exists.

I guess it wasn't considered an expressway back then. They of course didn't completed 66 km of expressways in 2000, they just converted some 2x2 first class roads into the expressways.

Yea actually they signed the contract just today. And I heard that contract for second part of Jánovce - Jablonov (Levoča - Jablonov, 9km) will be singed next month,

Then we decided to go for a short hike to Kráľová Studňa which is just near the mountain ridge. We had to buy a ticket in restaurant Čierna Ovca, it cost 3€ to use this road. It is about 14 km long and it took us about 30/40 mins to get to the top. Some worse parts were just paved and rest of it is more or less alright.
