Yes, I read the entire report, very interesting! The Russian-North Korean border is very short, but still there is a crossing (one railway bridge)

Its border with them is longer than Morocco-Algeria.
I don't think its closed, alot of people get across including Burmese rebles.

Anyway here is the India - China/Tibet border

No, not via Beijing, but via Khabarovsk (directly from Russia into North Korea).

Since they're based in Tindouf in Algeria, in the northeast, they have no interest in this part of the country just now.

The reason that there is a border post is that Moroccan authorities want to control who leaves and who enters the territory under their control. They don't really care where you go.
I see, thanks. It's kind of weird that Polisario isn't interested in this part when it's their only contact with ocean. I guess Moroccans don't want another (Polisario) border control between them and Mauritania. But then again, why doesn't Morocco just take over that land when Polisario isn't present there anyway?

That would probably be in violation of the cease-fire agreement. I was wondering why Morocco didn't build the wall all the way to the Mauritanian border. Btw, if you check the wall on Google Maps you'll see that dunes have blown over it on several places, rendering its defensive capabilities null at a lot of locations. Therefore, you could say it's just cosmetics. We're not talking about the Berlin Wall here.

Yeah, I also saw it on pics, it doesn't look that special, not really a fortress, or Berlin Wall, as you put it.

Overland entry with a Border Pass is permitted at the following Border Check Points: Tachileik and Kawthaung on the Myanmar-Thai border and Muse on the Myanmar-Yunnan (China) border.

OTOH, there is a road between Myanmar and India:
Quote:
On February 13, 2001 India and Burma inaugurated a major 160 kilometre highway, called the Indo-Myanmar Friendship Road, built mainly by the Indian Army's Border Roads Organisation and aimed to provide a major strategic and commercial transport route connecting North-East India which connects South Asia with Southeast Asia.

I wonder who may cross the border there.

It's a relatively small border point close to Prizren on Kosovo's side and going towards Tetovo on the MK side.

That's in Germany (if you mean the leftmost line, not entrance ramp). But it's weird to see Dutch-style (wide) broken line also in Germany for a meter or two. Even weirder is the sign for Germany in Dutch (Bundesrepubliek Duitsland).

Isn't it even more funny that on German territory, there are 2 German stripes and 2 Dutch stripes? On Dutch territory they are all Dutch

This thread is too long to check if these pics have been already posted, they have been very popular. I don't know how old are they but it's funny anyway
