I found some of them in google, but not too many and seems that you can move within them.

BTW, Fiscalizašao / Fiscalizaciˇn is referred to custom controls (Fiscalizaciˇn will be used only in American Spanish, but referred to taxes and controls)

But if you look at Iguazu, there are custom controls in any border... and several ships to go from Paraguay to Argentina just because there is no bridge and they do not want to cross twice Brazilian customs (entering and exit in a couple of kilometres)

So... why is it so free the movement there?

Brazilians, Uruguayans and Argentines are Mercosur's citizens.

So There is free movement between them for until 90 days.

In brazilian side custom control enforcement is very big for brazilians citizens pay Taxes (In Brazil taxes are higher than Argentina or Paraguay)

Border controls in South America are pretty lax. They only need IDs, not passports.

Gibraltar is EU but not Schengen. That's why you show your passport when you enter or leave Gibraltar from Spain. Ceuta and Melilla are both EU and Schengen, but they are special VAT areas of the EU. When you go to Ceuta or Melilla from mainland Spain you don't need to produce any ID.

I read about that corner custom controls because the Ciudad del Este "duty city shop" and less taxes.
Should they want to go to Argentina, as I read, Brazilians police do not worry about. But as far as they cross their territory, it is not known if they will remain in Brazil or they will go to Argentina. They are worried only because smuggling and taxes.

Yes, of course. To be precise, if you're from UNASUR (all South America, except French Guiana).

No, but in the other direction you have to show a document.

in any case... even if police do not ask for ID, you will have to show it to ferry staff. You can only leave Ceuta by ferry (or three daily helicopters) and they ask all passengers to have an ID. They just want to know if they crash, which is the full passenger lists.

So if police wants a full list, it as easy to get it as if they ask to a plane company.
