Good luck. Hopefully, we'll get an early spring. Winter has been freakishly cold this year.

Its not supposed to drop below -7 or -8 any longer, so we should be fine in terms of the extreme cold (-15 to -30) that we have been getting for the last month or so

It's added some flair to our rather conventional/classic style skyline

That's a very colorful shot of the city. Very pretty.

I associate red brick with Toronto and wish more of our newer buildings would incorporate that into their proposals.... or at least red accents in homage to our brick built form.

They must have a solution for the top of the tower where the snow is building up...that can be a ton of ice and snow that could come off the top there.

I love contemporary architecture, but don't really care for this on, but I appreciate it and it certainly adds to the skyline variety.

Significant snow build up is rare in Toronto. Winters here are very dry and snow that falls tends not to stick around very long. This winter has been abnormal. If snow did build up on the curve, I imagine they could use their window cleaning system to clear snow.

Just one of the reasons L-Tower made it onto my list of Top-10 buildings opening in 2014.

I think it's still an "L" tower, it's just that the letter once stood for the shape of the building whereas now it just represents the name of the architect, i.e. L(ibeskind)-Tower.

BRAVO!
What's the building under construction in the back, between the L-Tower and the church spire?

The 'L' was always for Libeskind, not the shape of the tower.
