My issue is with the east and west envelope. It's noticeably inferior to the glazing they chose on the north side.

amount of construction is amazing, quality is disappointing with a few exceptions especially smaller boutique condos. but it's all about location and interior space. you can get some good deals now on condos and live in some amazing world-class neighbourhoods...that makes it worth the price.

This building looks pretty good, imo, but since they changed the design, they really should change the name- where is the "L" from the original design?
