Yorkville is nice, but it's way more interesting right downtown. It's denser, the buildings are more sophisticated, there are more things to do, and it's closer to the waterfront. Yorkville beats it for high end shopping, but that's about it. Dallasbrink: no worries. |

The base on the N/W side is very sophisticated. Ties with Shangri-La IMO.

Renders, renders, renders. When do we get to see front-end loaders and other construction equipment? Every day that goes by without them makes me worry about whether this magnificent building will actually happen.

you have to admit though: the renders are just great. if it turns out only half as nice as on the pictures, it's going to be amazing.

It's neither. It's been approved and the units sold like hot cakes. Construction is set to commence very soon.
