called Select Property today. they confirmed that the name is BOTANICA TOWER. The pre-launch is 7th november. and it will be in the habtoor/ grosvenor area.

they were very reluctant to say anything else.

Decent looking tower. Krazy there is a long way to go before DS can match DAMAC and the other 3 towers are all under consturction, Delayed maybe, but still under construction.

I'd like to know pre launch prices and possiably a contact and excat location. Got a large Sum of AED sitting in Bank doing nothing

Anyone think 1.4 mil AED is a good price for a 1 bed 855 sq ft with full ocean views?

That is 1637 AED / sq ft, prices in the marina are rocketting. I would,t be surprised if they reach 2000AED/sqft in the next few months.

Exactly NAZ, what is happening to the prices in the Marina? In August 2005 I was offered a one bed at Ocean Heights for just over one million Dhs, the prices have now doubled.I am tempted to buy at Botanica as I can only see prices heading north.

I agree I believe botanica has one bedrooms with marina views or partial marina views on the 34th floor for 1 mil and on the same floor but with full ocean views over the Le royal meridien from balcony for 1.4 mil think in 2-3 years these will be 2500 per sq ft at least
