Only after they will add median crash barriers and remove all pedestrian crossings, of course.

Nice, I hope that existing motorways will be upgraded accordingly as safety standards are too low.

Another large set of photos of MKAD-2: http://auto.onliner.by/2015/10/06/mkad-2-10

I did not find any photos confirming the number 'M14' as stated in news reports.

Looks like (at least to me) there is some Lithuanian influence on road signage Looking good

Your 2nd source says 28km. It's the section b/n M3 and P28. I measured the length on the map and I think it's really 28km.

The 1st source (EN) reports about the next completion b/n P28 and M6 till 1st January 2016 and b/n M6 and M1 till 7th November 2017.

The 2nd source (RU) reports about the next completion (of the entire 46.8km section, that means M3-M6) till 1st January 2016. If I got it right, remaining works must be completed till 1st January 2017.

Hi,
Do you know when were built motorways of Belarus? It's weird, according to road map from 1994: 2x2 motorway Brest - Minsk was completed, but Moscow - only to Tula. It is true?

Are roadsigns still in Belarusian language like on these photos all over Belarus? Or are there Russian and bilingual signs as well?
It is quite interesting because nearly all official Websites use Russian language and Status of Belarusian language is very low.

Yes, they are. All road signs are in Belarusian language. I noticed this during my trip to Belarus.
Advertising billboards are mostly in Russian.

Is it true that Belarus is kinda trying to shift back to the use of Belarusian rather that of Russian?
And are these signs such an example?

White Russia (Belarus) has NO present motorways. Is only ONE expressway. It's M1 from Kobryn (M10) to Orsha (0,5 km west of P87 intersection).

ok, what is it ’road name‘: sections Kobryn - Brest, Minsk - Dory, Minsk - Barbujsk, Minsk - Mahileu? What is it? According to me motorway or dual-carriageway. Motorway is not maybe Karachi - Lahore.
Again, When was built motorway (2 lanes in each direction) Minsk - Brest? How many ’motorways‘ have Belarus?

I'm sorry, only Poland and Romania haven't motorways. There are very lazy worker or they sleep. Do you believe that big Poland have in early 90s only 200 km, not more. Look

it's not joke. Poland have some hundreds (km) of dual-carriegeways without yearbook database. Belarus is the same.

Again. My first question was: when was built Motorway (or other name road 2 lanes road in each different direction) Brest - Minsk? Croton say, that Belarus has not motorway, only Kobryn - Orša - it's not true! I post table in order to show that in Poland (Croton is living there) have more than "officially" motorway but dual-carriages too, Look Google Earth
Rakcancer. Why i'm from "other" planet? i didn't understand? I speak to the point.
Finally, ChrisZwolle, I agree with pointless sentences. I hoped that get any informations about construction of belarus motorways, dual-carriages etc. in the past. According to me, answer for my "normal" question about history of motorways in Belarus, Anyone doesn't know. I draw map "building motorways in Greece, Italy" from 1980 to 2013. For better imagine when sections was built. The same map (1940-...), Germany draw on-line
http://map.ioer.de/website/autobahn/
It's my example, target. I acknowledge my english is not perfect but i don't write novel or phylosphy only simple question.
