The most important thing is to make sure the new glass matches ALL of the optical properties of the old glass. Metal parts of the facade could look a bit different because of weathering and it won't be noticed, but most of the facade is glass which is the crucial thing to get right. Plus, the old metal of the facade and the bit of granite stone (or are they prefabbed concrete panels?) on the sides basically looks new still from the shots I'm seeing. Should be an easy task for a competent General Contractor.
