Man, I wish they'd hurry up the cladding of the mid and top sections...I'm getting tired of BCBS looking like two separate buildings. At least it looks like they're BEGINNING the cladding of the mid section.

Very nice! Its funny watching construction going well and suddenly there is smoke coming from BCBS, then in the next picture it's gone.

On a side note, this extension makes the Chicago skyline look quite a bit taller. Nearly 750 feet is nothing to play around with.

From left to right: 340 On The Park (672ft), Blue Cross Blue Shield (743ft), my old office building, the Aon Center (1136 ft), and Two Prudential Plaza (995ft). Legacy at Millenium Park, at 819 feet, is little more than a footnote in this photograph.

Wow! that building has a lot of bulk!! Looks very good too

Although that area looks a bit awkward having all those buildings around the same height (this, 340 on the park, and Aqua)

I agree, this thing is quite a beast compared to Aqua. When I was in Chicago a couple of months ago I hardly noticed Aqua driving by. It just gets lost in the mix.

This extension is one of the best new additions to the skyline however, and Legacy at Millennium Park. They are both dramatic new pieces, that play off each other very well. Then you have Trump looming in the background.

Amazing shot. Will do nicely as a new background on my desktop.
