Radial Road no 15 is in the east. It connects the Inner Ring Road to the Outer Ring Road. It starts from Tarnaka X Roads till Keesara.

Fog blinding the visibility on ORR. I'v been always stressing the need for solar powered lane or atleast median cat eye blinkers and digital display boards on the ORR, but hey wait-a-minute, oh heck there are no street lights itself and I am expecting these blinkers and electronic display boards to be installed by our Govt. Dear CM, you'v built the roads and the barriers but its small things such as this that makes the difference. When will it happen ?

Proposed Diversions and Toll Plazas at Kandlakoya Interchange

I have seen this, difficult to make out from these which is the actual diversion

HMDA metropolitan commissioner Neerabh Kumar Prasad said the 38-km stretch would be opened with a minor diversion at Kandlakoya junction since some land owners of Kandlakoya went to the court against land acquisition for the project. The metropolitan commissioner said work on the Patancheru-Shamirpet stretch via Sultanpur, Dundigal and Medchal began in June 2009 in three packages worth Rs 1,224 crore. The ORR connectivity is being provided on the stretch through a diversion at Kandlakoya junction. A double trumpet interchange at this junction could not be taken up due to a stay order from the Supreme Court. Now, the diversion at Kandlakoya would have connectivity to National Highway 7 to Medchal and connectivity from National Highway towards Shamirpet by forming a two-lane diversion road to join the ORR near Muneerabad sub-station.

Any chance of the two lane becoming four lane?

Dont think so, it is a village road so demolition is req. However 4-laning is not required as the diversion is only temporary till the interchange junction is created

That's the ORR? I thought it's an 8-lane road, not a 4-lane one.

No its not ORR, maybe some road near Airport

Well that is what the guy who snapped it states, nevertheless it was indeed quite foggy until recently during early mornings.

SO it must be on a feeder road or service lane right?

It is not the actual ORR, it is the 6-lane link road from Gachibowli to ORR. The concrete road for toll is just after entering the ORR from Gachibowli side
