last news from Investment House:

Dear Sir,

As per our meeting with the RERA they have informed us that the process of cancellation, liquidation and refund may take up to two years, matter beyond our control. Alternatively, if you wish to follow the matter on your own you may contact RERA. We are following the matter with the RERA and will update all our clients accordingly.

Dear all valuable Eden Blue Investor, I will give you full information about Eden blue tower, I also invest my money in this project in 2008 and it was a big mistake of my life. I went to RERA Office and got some new information about Eden Blue Tower. We went to the Cancellation Dept. for RERA office and Fatima Al Awadhi she is one to handle this project for cancellation stage but still we found that the case are still in the hanging stage. I got some information about Developer that they are still not reply or answer to the notice which sends by RERA. They said they will soon to send last notice and then only they will put the case in the RERA court. I am requesting to all investor for Eden blue tower that they must pressure to RERA to return all our money back to us because we worked very hard to achieve this money. Our life saving money has been put in this project. They said next month they put the case against developer to Court and I do not know how much time it will take and give to decision for Cancellation.
I also visit to the Investment House also at Jumeirah-1, Al Diyafah Road, Jumeirah Terrace Building, Office No 403-404, they are Crook to our Money We discussed with Mr. Sultan and they have give to us wrong story, He said the Owner is in jail!!! I things always he wrote some time ago Dujon and then it change to Dujan (where it is registered by name Dujon) and at that time they have used our money to Pilling for 21 Milloin and then advertisement 5 milloin and some other Expensive he showed to us. Pilling cost he said too much Also any other Expensive like marketing, broacher & administration cost to utilize to invest money. I will give you Guaranty they cheat to us and our hard earned money they have eaten. I feel they are playing game to us, Please I tell you pressure to give to RERA that more than 6 years and our money invested in the Eden Blue Tower Marina, if we have put the same money in gold or any other investment system we got more than 100% . Investments House is playing to us. He is the developer and he took most of the money which belong to us under the umbrella of pilling, advertising, administration …etc, which is one of the way to pull out the money and then show false stories we must force them to return our full money plus all the damage they have cost us in giving us by travelling and investigation their lies.

The Government of Dubai and RERA do not take any action against IH to return our money. I do not know what work the IH staff are doing there as neither they answer our phone calls nor reply to the host of e-mails sent to them. They are there to give us only stories. It is high time that the concerned authorities view this matter seriously to restore the lost image and confidence in them by the Public and investors worldwide and initiate necessay action against all concerned to return our money which is locked in for over 6 years. A couple of members forming part of our team have visited RERA personally to explain our grievances, but to of no avail. They don't seem to co-operate and understand our problems. Whatever happened is happened and I hope the Government officials will now wake up to ensure settlement of this pending issues without any further delay.

Do you think if we contact UAE high-commission in UK, would that have some impact. ?

Though we cannot expect any immediate results, it is a good suggestion to pursue the matter through UAE High Commission in UK. If we exert pressure from all sides only, there could be some outcome. Most of the investors
comprising of this project are outside UAE and, therefore, they are unable to
do anything, which gives IH a great deal of advantage and comfort. Also, the
inaction from RERA to break the deadlock gives IH a lot of advantages to
manipulate things. However, we should not give up our hopes and efforts to
bring justice which can be done only through combined and co-ordinated
effort. All those who were active in this forum a few years ago should revive
their postings to show that we will not rest till our hard earned money is
recovered.

I think we were the silly ones to believe that all these names (RERA, regulation...) were any thing other than words. The buildings and projects were piracy tricks to attract the flies. And they were squashed for all the juice they had.

These tribes have only evolved in appearance because of oil but in fact nothing much has changed since Lawrence of Arabia !
You can't repair a plundered and sunken boat.

Has anyone on this forum ever had reply from RERA regarding Eden Blue? I have had one reply 12 months ago and thats it,now they wont reply

Three month before Rera reply to me, I feel Eden blue investor must will give to pressure to RERA then you will your hard money to return. Investment House only playing the Game us. I went to his office and give me wrong story about default. I tell you he using our money in other business and RERA not doing any things against him. I tell you investment house they are big cheater and fraud, I also also surprise RERA Support to them and still, One year before I went to RERA that time they said case going to court and last month again I went to Rera then same answer given me. Dubai Want more successes in this field then he must do justice and then people trust to Dubai Government. I feel Rera and Investment House playing to us. Almost 5 year my hard money with them if I will put right place then almost get touch to double figure. All Eden blue investor must do pressure to Rera to return my all money with Damage.

Five Year

The Investment House have hold our money for five years and kept fooling us, in these five years he has develop a lot of projects and made millions on behalf of our money, going the case to the RERA court is not enough they must give us shares in all the development they have been doing, also this court matter have been hearing about it from 2009, some of us are gulf nationals and they can develop money three times more, still the court and Investment House the main thieve of this project are fooling us by delaying the matter, I have been travel to them twelve times and paying for the hotel, transit, food and on the top of it the tension they have given to us, these all damages they should pay us back otherwise there is no one believe in them, and all there rules are only on the paper. We should urge them to finish this matter with ending of this year.

Last news from IH Chairman: he confirmed that they have signed with a new contractor with the agreement of RERA. According to him, we will receive information directly from RERA within 10 days/2weeks. He also confirm me that we can decide to continue (no payment requested before the 7th floor) or to ask for refund. In this case, RERA (and not Investements house) will take care of the sale of our unit (but i am not sure that there are buyers for off plan unit / unit under constrution in Dubai)....
Of course all this should be confirmed by RERA...

I got this information from the Chairman of Investments House. But some owners will check this week that RERA is on the same line. If you are an owner not in the group (we are bargaining lots of information by email) you could send me your email by private message.

More then year Rera people to said me, developer to face in court but still one year gone but we are standing is same position, Eden blue investor must pressure to Rera court to our hard earn money with our damage profit soon to get in our hand. Investor for Eden blue pressure investment house to return to 100 % with includes damage profit to return to us. I feel they are fraud always give to wrong information to us. He use our money and utilize some other business and getting lot of profit. I am not believed to any one at the moment. All Eden blue investor must call to Rera or visit to Rera office as a group wise and give pressure to them. Developer (Investment House) returns our hard earn money as soon as possible. Many international invested in good faith with their hard earned money, with the reassurance that Dubai, an emerging and developing city would be a safe investment

this really needs to be addressed as the faith and assurance in the Dubai property system has totally failed and confidence lost. This will consequently have a major affect on the tourism side as well which I am sure will not be good for the Dubai economy.
