International Architects' work in sg
hi,
I have 2 architecture friends coming to sg for holidays. i think it would be appropriate for me to show them buildings done by world reknown architects. need some help around here.... Foster -expo mrt station -supreme court Richard Meier -camden medical Kisho Kurokawa -Wheelock Place -Republic Plaza tange -UE square -cathay shopping mall (not too sure. is it by them?) -UOB buidling I.M pei -gateway -raffles city -OCBC building toyo ito -vivo city SOM -terminal 3 paul rudolph -Concourse Building Ken yeang -National Library Fumihiko Maki -Republic Poly please correct me if i am wrong. anymore to add to this list? -the giant wheel! tange -oub -indoor stadium -chinese high hostel? -the linear condominium toyo ito -please dont show vivocity so embarrassing! som -the mrt stations along the eastern side of the east west line -not sure about one raffles quay? but nothing much to look at also lar scda -the lincoln modern -lasalle? woha -moulmein rise -newton suites -church of st mary of the angels places i like but dont know anything about -assyafaah mosque -national museum! |

the mosque you are refering to, i think its by Forum and its in sembawang area.
national museum is by W architects. thanks for the input!

One raffles quay is by A61 and KPF
<-- Must see their central courtyard!KPF- Singapore Exchange Building One Rafles Link and another i think 5 storey building near Fort canning <--- cant remember the name Moshe Safdie- Edge @ cairnhill Habitat SOM- One George Street Paul Rudouph- Colonade Must visit others: - URA centre at Maxwell Road - Esplanade! hope this helps

i think its called something hill street? 30 hill street?
oh... can't forget moshe safdie too! i forgot the names of his buildings here though. |

btw who is the architect who designed the Esplanade.
one more to add to the list thou it is not a building... zaha hadid did the master planning for biopolis. |
