klcc park is not that big. it'd get really crowded on the weekends and evenings. the golf course it not publicly accessible. but i think it'd be cheaper/faster for the government to take-over the golf course and turn it into a huge park like central park.

since the land owner is just 1 person/1 company, it's easier for the gov to force acquire the land.

its is 49 & 43 torey..just as tall as Avenue K (50 storey ) maybe..
