Having the people there really gives it perspective. Without them it looks maybe 25 feet tall, but with them you can see that it's much bigger.

The structural make up of this tower is confusing the hell out of me.

I think the core is on the outside. Essentially an exoskeleton.

Yes it looks like it has a steel frame on the outside with concrete columns on the inside.

yday I have posted my first ever update on a nyc skyscraper - 432 park av - but as it's completed (at least according to Mods on here....) now it's time for me to post a photo on an ongoing construction.

not the best photos, I admit, but bear with me as it means so much being able to do that :p
