Future greatest tower of all time is a bit of a stretch, in my opinion. We haven't seen the cladding yet either.

ya I agree with the height reduction future greatest is a stretch, but I think it can definitely become one of the gems of mid town Manhattan.

Would have loved for its position with One57 to be switched. One57 is a great tower, too, but it could have done well as a somewhat hidden gem, while Verre could have done better in a very prominent position.

I agree, but with the superior 1200ft design it would be different.
