You can also notice Nordstroms cantivelar in this shot if i am not mistaken, and you can notice that it grew to floor 3 now. And you can also see the yellow crane of it.

You have great eyes. I was just going to complain that the cantilever of CPT has not grown at all for weeks now

Too bad Tower Verre will soon block our view of construction progress on 111 W57 St from this popular angle. Oh well, though... we shouldn't complain :-)

One57 is shockingly gorgeous in that picture. What a cladding. When they built it they promised an icon for the city and it is.

I can say the same for 432 Park Avenue, what a beauty it is in that photo above. I just love how the mechanical floors shine bright.

Honestly, the bathtub looks like a spaceship decorated with orchids.

Until you see the repulsive spotty/pixelated sides.
Also not being able to see the pijama stripes on the southern facade helps.
The massing of this building is nice overall, but the coloration of the facades is way overdone.
That building would have been a million times better with a simple silver facade. Or a silver north/south and a darker east/west.

The top of One57 has atrocious cladding. They went for a "waterfall" effect and botched it.
